If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges to ensure your journey to beautiful hair is seamless.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your Viori bars in their original bamboo holders or sustainable packaging to ensure they arrive back at our facility safely.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
